Standing Chapter 13 trustees are appointed under 28 U.S.C. §586 to administer Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. The Chapter 13 trustee’s job includes: (a) reviewing the debtor’s proposed plan, statements and schedules; (b) conducting the meeting of creditors and examining the debtor about their financial affairs; (c) providing information to interested parties; (d) making recommendations to the court about the case’s compliance with bankruptcy laws and rules; (e)monitoring the debtor’s plan payments and performance; and (f) making payments to creditors in compliance with the terms of confirmed plans.

Chapter 13 offices are funded by a percentage fee included in the plan payment. We strive to administer bankruptcy cases in an efficient and professional matter.
