Effective September 25, 2022, all of our cases previously assigned to Judge Burris as well as all future cases are transferred to Judge Duncan and counsel should adhere to his Chambers Guidelines and procedures after that date. Note that existing hearing dates currently posted for Trustee Mathews (Burris calendar) will be adopted by Judge Duncan when the judge assignment is made. Do not schedule hearings on the dates for Trustee Simmons-Beasley.
